Q. I need a rubber stamp larger than those listed, can you help?

A. Yes, stamps can be made in almost any size. Bear in mind that a very large stamp requires a very large ink pad!

Q. I need a larger self inking stamp, can you help?

A. Sizes of self inking stamps are fixed. If you need a larger one, you will need a pre-inked stamp, which are available on request. Call for a price.

Q. How long does the ink in a self inking stamp last?

A. Obviously it depends on how much you use it and where/how you store it. The pad should last for many thousands of impressions and can be quickly, easily and cheaply changed.

Q. All the date stamps you have listed have the date in the centre, can it be anywhere else?

A. Some other layouts can be accommodated with traditional date stamps. The die plate must be custom made to fit so we would need a few extra days.

Q. Do you supply art/craft rubber stamps?

A. All our rubber stamps are custom made to order. We do not have a catalogue of standard designs but if you have a design you like, we can make it for you.

Q. How much do you charge for postage and packaging?

A. 1st class UK Postage and Packaging is free on all orders over £50.00.

Q. Why don't the .pdf samples on this site print at the correct size?

A. Check that page scaling in the print dialogue box is set to 'none' and that the paper size is set to 'A4'.

Q. Why can't I order online?

A. We feel that when ordering a custom made product, it is important to have the opportunity to discuss your requirements. This ensures that you get exactly what you need.
